The outreach this time round will focus on International Women’s Day for Girls at the Salvation Army Hall in Kibera from 9am.This year has a very powerful theme and we can’t just let it go: “Connecting Girls,Inspiring Futures.” Path to Womanhood, One for You, One for Her, along with Jane Anyango from Polycom in Kibera shall hold a forum to discuss the issue of mass suicide that waswitnessed among young people, mostly girls, early in the year. Additionally, we’ll discuss the need for self acceptance and respect for oneself.
We are hoping to get 400 girls there so please make sure you join us! We are most looking forward to working with One for You, One for Her on this day.
