Happy holidays everyone!
Its been an amazing couple of months headed towards the end of 2014 there was no way we were closing the year without our visit to Kajiado to see our favorite people.
We met with all the girls – Agnes, Sikinan, Naserian, Mereina, Naishorua, Kimanchoi, Yiapoyo and ofcourse our magnificent Eve. Our catch up with the girls was well over due and timely, with all the Christmas cheer and the plans of going back to school come January 6th.
Our day started off very well, it was a wonderful sunny day, a wonderful drive 2hrs to Kajiado on the highway.
We soon had to cross this river to get to Olobelibel village

As you recall Agnes recently finished high school, having been supported by One for You, On for Her to completion. We look forward to getting her into college and helping her achieve her dream of becoming a teacher. Agnes is officially the first member of her family to finish high school.

One of our PTW partners Ciku Mbugua was on this occassion able to make the visit with us.
We had a sit down session with all the girls and their mothers, which was both emotional and a genuine eye opener to life issues that they deal with on a daily basis as girls growing up in Olobelibel.
