It has been an exciting couple of months. I have great news which i feel will greatly make a difference to a number of girls in Mukuru. Path to Womanhood recieved a donation of $1,000 from One for you, One for her and with this, we shall be supporting St. Elizabeth in Mukuru kwa Njenga. One for you, One for her already supports On Home Many Hopeswhich rescues, houses, loves and educates orphaned and abandoned girls in Mtwapa, Kenya and equips them to be the future agents of change in their community.
This donation will procure approximately 2,000 packets of sanitary towels, possibly a bit more. The number of girls are about 300/400. We are still organising the finer details of the exact date to take the donation to St. Elizabeth given that school holidays are here with us it is likely the first week of May. Please
However this is a big THANK YOU to One for you, One for her, may you all be blessed with even more to partner with us in bettering the menstrual health and hygiene situation to girls of lower income homes in Africa.
